The Older Americans Act requires Area Agencies on Aging to periodically conduct an assessment of the programs and services older adults participate in, as well as which programs and services they feel they may need now or in the future.
You are invited to participate in our Needs Assessment Survey. This survey lists programs and services currently available in our service area, as well as services that have been requested. If you need a program or service that is not listed, please use the comment section at the end of the survey to tell us.
As the Area Agency on Aging for Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte and Ray counties, we need and appreciate residents within our planning and service area who take the time to provide us with their input. Your responses are strictly confidential. If you would like a summary of services that may benefit you now, we also invite you to complete our online self-assessment.
